Meander Valley Literacy Program New Office

posted 21 Jan 2014, 13:45 by Unknown user

THE MEANDER Valley Literacy Program is now situated in a new office in the Service Tasmania building at Deloraine.

The office is larger and is more private than the previous one that was located in the Deloraine Library.

Literacy Coordinator for the Meander Valley, Anne-Marie Loader, said the literacy program had grown in the last 12 months and the new office allows it to more effectively meet the needs of people in the community.

“The literacy program has blossomed in the last 12 months,” Mrs Loader said.

“This new office will allow the program to offer greater flexibility and accessibility and tailor the learning experience to suit the individual.”

If the new office is unattended messages may still be left for Mrs Loader at the Library.
