Gene Bradley Fisk is an award winning singer/songwriter/recording artist, actor and radio personality inducted into the “Broadcasters Hall of Fame” and the “Australian Country Music Hands Of Fame”, with a career spanning over 6 decades.

Having carved his own musical path and influenced the direction of many fellow travellers, he championed the sound of the Outlaw Country movement and was instrumental in the spread of country music’s popularity, and a leading exponent of the genre in this country.

Beginning as an apprentice in the Royal Australian Air Force, he is highly decorated for his 15 years service to his country.
During his tours of duty to Thailand & Malaysia he began his broadcasting career with Radio RAAF and in civilian life went on to a very successful career as a DJ and manager of Top rated radio stations & Country Music programmes in Australia.

Gene continues to be an active performer and promoter of Country Music in Australia and currently hosts “OZ Country”, radio show playing wholly new Australia Country Music Artists on live radio and Podcast.

Crowning over 60 years in the music business with his release & self penned song “Kaanglang Dreaming”, a story-teller like octogenarian Gene Bradley Fisk taps in to spirit, whether he be conjuring up true-life historical tales or channelling the style music of music he has loved, performed and promoted for all of his eventful life.

A pioneer exponents of the ‘Outlaw Genre’ flourishing in the 1970’s. In America, Country music legends Willie Nelson & Waylon Jennings have been touted as the originators and in Australia Gene pushed the boundaries, strutting the stage in knee high
black leather boots, original music & attire that fashioned an image deliberately local with a bushranger/EUREKA stockade flavour.

2022 is the 40th year since the release of album, ‘Blood OF A Rambler’ and now the recording is available on all streaming services to reminisce on, enjoy & rediscover or discover, and the title track ‘Blood Of A Rambler’, single making its debut release to radio ……
