Beatrice and LJ:
Beatrice, or Bea, was born in Poland, and came to Australia many years ago. She worked as a singer/entertainer on Captain Cook Cruise boats in NSW for a few years before coming down to Tasmania as a Chinese Medicine doctor working at the Deloraine Medical Centre. She co-presents shows with LJ, including The Journey, a world music/ambient program which airs on Sundays at 12 Noon and Indie Party Rock, rock and reggae music airing on Friday nights at 11pm.
LJ, or Little John, originally from North Queensland, had a lot of involvement at CRM 107.5, and now helps run MVFM 96.9, as well as being co-presenter of The Journey and Indie Party Rock shows with Beatrice. He also has Music and Mirth, a comedy and rock music program playing on Friday nights at 10pm, and New Country Tracks, an Indie country show streaming in the USA, the Middle East and Australia. It airs on Thursday evenings at 7pm, repeating Monday nights at 8pm. As he always says ‘Keep it country!’
